Philip Guedalla, Chairman of the English Zionist Federation, has accepted an invitation to address the Divisional Liberal Council in the Rusholme Division of Manchester, with a view to his being chosen as their parliamentary candidate. The present member, F. B. Merriman, K.C., Conservative, defeated Mr. Masterman at the last election.
