Sixteen Jewish refugees were yesterday forced to dis?ark from an immigrant ship which would have taken them to new homes in Brazil be?se they feared bodily harm at the hands of fellow non-Jewish immigrants.
The Jews, part of a group of 2,000 whose immigration had been arranged by International Refugee Organization, were warned that they would be killed during ocean voyage if they did not leave the vessel. They returned to their barracks the Cinacita Camp, near here.
