State, city and Jewish leaders participated yesterday in impressive ceremonies marking the dedication by the Cleveland chapter of Hadassah of a memorial plaque honoring Henrietta Szold, late founder of the women’s Zionist organization. The plaque, which refers to Miss Szold as a “leader in the field of human service and in the upbuilding of Israel,” was dedicated on the 90th anniversary of her birth. The plaque is located in the Hebrew Cultural Garden here.
