The capital of the Republic of Czechoslovakia will honor the memory of its famous rabbi, Reb Bezalel Loew, the Maharal whose learning, piety and character were woven into the legend that he created the Golem.

The Town Planning Committee of the municipal government decided to name one of the streets in the center of the city Bezalel Street in memory of the Rabbi.
