President Zalman Shazar hosted a ceremonial reception today for the leaders of Israel’s Moslem community. He expressed the hope that the Arab governments might one day match Israel’s regard for the rights of man. In reply the president of the Moslem court of appeal in Nazareth, Kadi Husseini el-Zuabi, said the Moslem community of Israel considered itself part of Israel and was granted equal rights with other Israelis. He voiced a plea for the success of the Jarring peace talks.
