Rare, centuries-old Jewish antiquities have been unearthed in southern Italy. A catacomb believed to be the largest in Western Europe is among the sites in southern Italy and Sicily yielding Jewish artifacts dating to the Roman era and Middle Ages, The New York Times reported.
