Reform and Conservative communities from around the Carribean are scheduled to meet in Costa Rica. An estimated 140 participants are expected for the annual meeting of the Union of Jewish Congregations of Latin America and the Caribbean, or UJCL, in San Jose on Jan. 25-29.
