Mrs. Rose Halprin, a member of the Jewish Agency executive was today made an honorary life member of the Association of Americans and Canadians in Israel in recognition of her faithful support of the organization. The presentation of a special scroll to Mrs. Halprin was made at a special meeting of the group here.
