Foreign Minister Maurice Schumann of France said here today that his government “supports, supported and will support Dr. (Gunnar V.) Jarring, whose task it is to implement integrally all of (Security Council) Resolution 242.” Schumann, speaking at a luncheon honoring European Foreign Ministers, added in answer to a question that developments in the Middle East had confirmed the wisdom of France’s policy there.
