Removal of the Sephardic Talmud Torah from its quarters in the Ezra Bassaroth Synagogue to a building of its own, was announced today by Albert Levy, principal of the daily Sephardic Hebrew school. Marco Franco, Talmud Torah principal, is supervising the preparation of a list or Sephardic children not receiving religious instruction, and parents will be canvassed in a campaign to enroll children in the school, Mr. Levy said.
