Secretary of the Interior Oscar Chapman tonight received Yeshiva University’s annual Morris Morgenstern Award for outstanding public service during 1951. The award was presented by Dr. Samuel Belkin, president of the University, at the Charter Day dinner marking the sixth anniversary of the institution’s elevation to University status.
