Seek 2 Millions to Settle German Jews in Holy Land

A campaign to raise $2,000,000 for the settlement of German Jewish refugees in Palestine will be launched throughout the nation, Jewish leaders who attended a conference recently to complete arrangements for the campaign, announced here.

Among those present at the conference were Nathan Straus, Jr., chairmain of the Greater New York Campaign; Bernard S. Deutsch, president of the Board of Aldermen, who proposed the resolution; Jacob Fishman, editor of The Jewish Morning Journal; Magistrate Benjamin E. Greenspan, Louis Lipsky, Paul Block and George Z. Medalie.
