A Senate Judiciary subcommittee decided to call chief officials of the Displaced Persons Commission to explain alleged instances of fraud in the operation of the DP Act of 1948.

Sen. Pat McCarran, chairman, said he would call on the heads of the DP Commission to explain allegations of illegal entry of thousands of DP’s to the U.S.
