Senate Committee Continues to Discuss Bill to Admit Refugees

The Senate Judiciary Committee took no action today on an Administration bill to admit an extra 240,000 immigrants to the United States within two years, but agreed to continues its discussion of the measure tomorrow. Supporters have expressed confidence they can win committee approval once a vote is taken.
