Rabbi Shabatei Djahim, Chief Rabbi of Monastir, who is now in Palestine, will proceed to America next winter. Rabbi Djahim will make a tour in America on behalf of the Federation of Sephardic Jews in Palestine.
Jacob Billikopi. Executive Director of the Federation of Jewish Charities of Philadelphia, will leave for a tour of Russia and Poland the latter part of this month. He will return to the United States the early part of September. Mr. Stanley Foltz will accompany Mr. Billikopf.
Mr. Billikopf has undertaken the tour in the interests of the Joint Distribution Committee.
