Several countries are “total” failures in efforts to hunt down Nazi war criminals living in their midst, according to a new report. Syria, Sweden, Venezuela and Colombia were taken to task in the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s second annual report on the search for Nazi war criminals around the world.
