Simon Kuper, prominent member of the Johannesburg bar, and a leader in the Jewish community, was appointed by Premier J. Strydom today as a judge in the South African Supreme Court. Mr. Kuper is chairman of the South African Zionist Federation Executive, and past chairman of the Jewish Board of Deputies.
