General Manie Maritz, organizer of a South African Fascist group, was found guilty by a court here today of promoting hostility between races through sale and distribution of his book, “My Life and Struggle,” which violently attacks the Jews. He was fined L 75 with the alternative of nine months’ imprisonment. Judge Hoexter declared that the book was an example of “filthy, venomous, contemptible racial propaganda.”
