Some comparisons of today’s politicians to Hitler are OK, according to a German historian. Picking up on a controversy this fall when a German politician drew comparisons between President Bush and Hitler, historian Ernst Nolte told the German Press Agency that it is acceptable to make such comparisons only to the pre-Holocaust Hitler.
