Some West Bank settlers Tuesday disrupted efforts to dismantle the first of 12 illegal outposts scheduled to be razed under a compromise reached last week between Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and settler leaders. Young activists waved signs and piled boulders to block the path of a truck brought to the site by a council of settler leaders to remove the outpost’s lone structure.
