The Soviet authorities have set their faces against any attempt to reorganize the Kehillahs in Russia, which are in a chaotic condition, according to a report circulated by a Russian press agency here. The report states that an organization having as its aim the rehabilitation of the Jewish communities throughout Russia was discovered in Charkov, and that it was promptly ordered “liquidated” by the Commissar for Internal Affairs.

A number of Zionists are under arrest at Elizabethgrad following the discovery there of a secret Zionist organization.
