Mordechai Namir, Mayor of Tel Aviv, and Peretz Naphtali. chairman of the Tel Aviv Finance Committee, arrived today by El Al airlines for a four-week visit to the United States.
The Tel Aviv officials will attend the conference of the International Municipal Assembly to be hied in Chicago next month. They will also visit several large cities in this country to study various forms of municipal government. While in this country, they will seek investment capital to finance Tel Aviv development projects.
