The 36th anniversary of the forced emigration of 20,000 Polish Jews in 1968 is being remembered. The emigration took place during the Communist government’s “anti-Zionist” campaign. Warsaw’s mayor attended a wreath-laying ceremony Saturday at a memorial plaque at a Warsaw train station.
