The Anti-Defamation League called on Kofi Annan to refrain from participating in an upcoming U.N. conference on the Palestinians. In a letter to the U.N. secretary-general, the ADL said this year’s U.N. Conference of Civil Society in Support of the Palestinian People would “serve as a forum for anti- Israel propaganda.”
