The anti-Semitic students riots in Vienna had their immediate effect upon the commercial benefits which the city derives from foreign tourists.

The riots, as well as the intense anti-Semitic propaganda carried on in posters throughout the city, resemble the outbreaks which took place during the Fourteenth Zionist Congress here two years ago. A number of Dutch Jews who came to Vienna for the holidays published letters in the evening papers yesterday, declaring that they are cutting short their visit in Vienna because of the excesses. They will proceed to other countries where guests are received differently, they state.
