The building collapse at a Jerusalem wedding hall last week, in which 23 people were killed and over 300 others were injured, occurred because men and women were dancing together, according to the rabbi who officiated at the ceremony. Israeli media quoted Rabbi Reuven Levy as saying dancing between an unmarried man and woman is a sexual indiscretion punishable by death.
