The Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem criticized the recent spate of Palestinian terror attacks in Jerusalem. In a letter to Israeli President Moshe Katsav, Ireneos I called on “the leaders of all faiths to unite in full and clear condemnation” of such attacks.
