The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society awarded more than $1 million in grants to refugee resettlement agencies for 2002. The awards were made to agencies proposing innovative programs to benefit refugees of all ages. The HIAS Resettlement Initiative Grants will go to 37 organizations across the United States.
