The Jewish Agency for Israel compensated Israeli Arab terror victims. The Jewish Agency’s chairman, Zeev Bielski, met Sunday with four families who lost relatives in a gun attack by an extremist Jew in the Arab town of Shfaram last August, giving each a check for $5,000.
