The Jewish Agency for Israel passed a quarterly budget. At the meeting Tuesday of its board of governors in Israel, the Jewish Agency passed its budget for April through June. The group has been formulating its estimated $290 million budget on a quarterly basis until it fully approves a new strategic plan. The group’s board of governors also officially passed MASA, an initiative to bring 100,000 young Diaspora Jews to Israel for a semester or a year.
