The Palestinian Authority’s new prime minister is expected to announce his Cabinet on Saturday. Despite speculation that Mahmoud Abbas’s efforts had been hampered by the interference of P.A. President Yasser Arafat, a senior Palestinian official said Abbas had finished his list of 19 Cabinet nominations.
