The Polish Jewish daily “Chwila” of Lwow was confiscated this morning for publishing the full text of the interpellation submitted to the Sejm yesterday by the Club of Jewish Deputies.
Following representations of the Club of Jewish Deputies the confiscation order was withdrawn.
The Yiddish dailies also carry the full text of the interpellation which fixes responsibility for the anti-Semitic excesses in Poland of the last ten days, and which has created the deepest impression.
Extracts of the interpellation are published in the pro-government press as well. The organs of the National Democratic party ignore the interpellation of the Jewish Deputies, featuring instead the interpellation of the National Democratic Deputies.
