The top Jewish aide to Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko resigned. Petro Poroshenko, head of the Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, quit Thursday amid allegations that Yuschenko’s administration is mired in corruption. Yuschenko later fired his entire Cabinet.
