The Ukrainian Jewish community took to the airwaves to congratulate Jews over Chanukah. The recorded Chanukah greetings from Azriel Haikin, one of Ukraine’s chief rabbis, are being broadcast during evening prime time on the airwaves of Ukraine’s two largest FM networks, which have listeners in some 50 cities across the country.
