The world’s oldest race-walker, South African Philip Rabinowitz, completed a six-mile race. The Lithuanian-born Rabinowitz, who turns 100 in February and whose achievements are recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records, finished Sunday’s race in one hour and 45 minutes.
