Three Israeli Arabs have been arrested on suspicion of planning to carry out a terrorist attack for Islamic Jihad. According to details released for publication Thursday, the three residents of the northern village of Manda were detained two weeks ago. They are suspected of planning to carry out an attack in the north of the country, possibly against a cafe or disco in Haifa.
