Three more German firms have agreed to pay compensation to Jews who were slave laborers in their factories during the Nazi period, it was announced here yesterday.
The International Committee of the Camps, an organization of former Nazi camp inmates, said that the Krupp Steel Company, the Siemens-Schuckert Company and the AEG Electric Company had agreed to pay such compensation. The amounts to be paid were not announced. Several years ago, the I. G. Farben Chemical firm agreed to make such payments after protracted negotiations.
