Morris C. Troper, chairman of the European Executive Council of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, will arrive tomorrow on the Italian liner Rex. This will be Troper’s first visit to the United States since the war broke out. He will report on current conditions among refugees in Western Europe and the problems of war relief in Poland.
