Two new settlements were founded today close to the borders of the Arab Legion-held triangle of Nablus, Jenin and Tulkarem. One, east of Kfar Saba, is being settled by French-speaking immigrants. The other, located near Rosh Haayin, will house recent Bulgarian arrivals. Both colonies were formed by the Smallholders Settlements Association.
