Two Orthodox Jewish organizations in this city joined forces today to form a single organization uniting all Orthodox brotherhood youth programs, adult education and cultural programs. The new body, called the Council of Orthodox Jewish Brotherhoods of Baltimore, was formed by representatives of the Council of Orthodox Jewish Congregations and the Rabbinical Council Seaboard Region.
