Twenty-year-old Robert Naeslund, Stockholm representative of the Swedish National party, Sweden’s largest Nazi group, and party leader Assar Oredsson were on trial today on charges of anti-Semitism.
Naeslund was accused of slandering the Jewish people in an address at a public meeting last year. While Oredsson’s address at the sane meeting was not considered as a case for prosecution, he was charged in the posting of anti-racial posters. The accused defended themselves with the statement that they hated the Zionist movement but not Jews.
