U.S. supplemental aid to Israel will pass Congress by Passover, congressional leaders told the pro-Israel lobby this week. Sen. Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) told the American Israel Public Affairs Committee annual dinner on Monday that he thanks God that “Israel has a supporter in the Oval Office as loyal and devoted to Israel as this president.”
