The Vaad Leumi, Jewish National Council of Palestine, is negotiating with Jewish groups not already members of that body to affiliate, Isaac Ben Zvi, president of the Vaad, announced today at the opening session of the Asefath Hanivcharim, Jewish constituent assembly.

The object of the move is to include all Jewish groups in a united Jewish front in the Vaad. Leumi, Ben Zvi told the extraordinary session of the Aasefath Hanivcharim.

Eliahu Berlin, treasurer of the Council, told the conference that the budget for the coming year was estimated at £1,130,000 (approximately $5,600,000).

The Zionist Revisionist group was represented by a delegation at the conference.
