Violent anti-Semitic crimes in Berlin increasingly are committed by younger perpetrators, a new study shows. Overall anti-Semitic crimes are down in Berlin this year. A report released Dec. 21 by the Berlin Senate’s department on constitutional protection says the average age of known perpetrators in 2003 was 16, and the youngest arrested was 12.
