West Bank settlers were accused of fatally stabbing a Palestinian boy. The 12-year-old was found stabbed to death Wednesday in a village outside Nablus. Palestinians said he was ambushed by settlers from the nearby settlement Shiloh. Israeli police launched an investigation.
