Milton Kuntz, local Jewish leader who was for many years president of the Jewish Federation of Delaware, bequeathed $100,000 to the Wilmington YM-YWHA to help the agency secure a new building, it was learned here today when his will was made public. Kuntz died here last month. Numerous other Jewish institutions will receive legacies under the terms of his will.
