Gratification at the action of President Roosevelt in requesting the “abrogation of all laws and decrees inspired by Nazi governments or Nazi ideologists in North Africa” was expressed in a message sent by Dr. Stephen S. wise to the President in behalf of the American Jewish Congress and the World Jewish Congress which he heads, it was announced hero today.
