Prof. Solomon Mikhoels and Lieut.-Col. Itzik Feffer, the Jewish cultural delegation from Soviet Russia, were given an enthusiastic welcome by both Jewish and non-Jewish workers when they toured war plants in this city. Earlier they were received by the Lord Mayor. Last night they were greeted by 5,000 persons at a meeting here marking their first public appearance in Britain.
