Yasser Arafat says the Palestinians have arrested 17 of the 33 terrorists on a list presented by the U.S. Mideast envoy. The Palestinian leader said last Friday that 15 of the terrorists were arrested in the West Bank city of Jenin, and that more arrests were on the way. The names were on a list Gen. Anthony Zinni presented last week.
