Yeshiva University’s policy of barring gay couples from its married student housing may violate New York City anti-discrimination statutes, New York state’s highest court ruled. The Court of Appeals ruled that a lesbian couple should be allowed to sue Yeshiva University’s medical school for bias based on sexual orientation.
